Pumkin Latte!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon pureed pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, plus more for topping
1/2 cup soymilk or soy creamer
Pinch nutmeg
1 to 2 teaspoons raw sugar, to taste
1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
1 cup fresh coffee
Vegan whipped 'cream'
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, cinnamon, soymilk and nutmeg with sugar and warm until steamy. Next, add soymilk mixture to coffee. Top with vegan whipped 'cream' and cinnamon.
